• If Austral Education and Migration Consultancy cancels or discontinues a course, a full refund will be issued.
• If a student is unable to commence due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical conditions, compassionate grounds), a refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

• Application and registration fees.
• Administrative and processing charges.
• Fees paid for services already provided, such as consultation or document processing.
• Late payment penalties and installment plan charges.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must:

2. Allow up to 20 business days for processing.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

4. Processing Time and Deductions

• Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days of approval.
• Bank transaction fees and exchange rate differences may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• If a student is dismissed due to misconduct or academic breaches.
• If the student provides false or misleading information.
• If a student voluntarily withdraws after the course has commenced.
